Mod. TC FI 80 – This line of ovens combines the use of stainless steel in the dome (where the wood-burning flame directly strikes the vault) (first in Italy to research and apply this technical solution to ovens) and a base made of REFRACTORY TERRACOTTA certified for the PREPARATION OF FOOD. Thanks to its size, 5 or 6 pizzas can be cooked at the same time. The full stainless steel structure ovens are insulated by a double layer of refractory material and high-density rock wool guaranteeing an extraordinary accumulation and slow release of the heat. This is unlike similar ovens on the market with their thin layer of fibre mineral padding which does not guarantee slow-release heat proofing, meaning that wood has to be added to the oven several times to cook well and at length. The outside of the oven is completed by weatherproof steel casing. A draw adjustment valve is fixed on the 20 cm circular section of the smoke outlet. As a result, the oven is already insulated and READY TO USE, with no additional installation costs. It can be stood on an external base or built into a surround or wall. The oven comes with a door and thermometer.
